The correct product is selected primarily by fuel type, but the final programme should also consider fuel blending, ash chemistry, moisture, furnace design, type of grate, loading pattern, existing deposits and operating targets. Plants firing mixed fuels should disclose the approximate fuel proportions and seasonal variations when requesting technical advice.
All four products are supplied in 25 Kg standard packing. Their purpose is to support combustion and deposit control while helping maintenance teams evaluate measurable trends in ash carbon, slag, clinker, stack temperature, steam output and fuel consumption.
